BLOWOUT MEMBERSHIPS

Monthly Billing & Rollover Policy

All memberships are automatically billed monthly to the authorized payment method on file. All included blowouts must be redeemed within your monthly membership billing cycle. Unused blowouts do not roll over, accumulate, or transfer to future months. Any unused services expire at the end of each billing cycle and have no cash value.

Cancellation Policy — 30 Days’ Notice

You may cancel your membership at any time by providing Undone Salon with at least 30 days’ advance written notice. Your membership will remain active during the notice period, and any scheduled membership payments falling within that period will still be processed. You may continue to use your included membership benefits until your membership ends.

Appointment Scheduling

All appointments must be requested through Undone Salon’s website, by phone, or directly with the salon. Appointments are subject to stylist availability, and advance scheduling is strongly encouraged.

Additional Membership Guidelines

• Memberships are nontransferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.
• Membership discounts are valid only while the membership is active and in good standing.
• Conditioning and glossing discounts apply to add-on services only.
• Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers.
• Additional services, treatments, and gratuities are not included in the monthly membership fee.
• Undone Salon’s standard appointment cancellation and no-show policies apply.
